Terms and Conditions

Due to the personal nature of our service, there is no cooling off period. The client agrees that once the order has been placed, the order will not be cancelled or altered and no refund will be given. This does not affect the client’s statutory rights.

Please allow up to 6 weeks for your orders to be ready. Where possible we will try and meet clients’ earlier deadlines, but we cannot be held responsible if these deadlines are not met for any reason.

All goods remain the property of Debbie Wilkinson Studios until paid for in full and will bear the company name.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that their order has been accurately documented on the order form, as changes made to the order will be chargeable in full.

Copyright of all images remains the property of Debbie Wilkinson Studios, unless they have been purchased on a USB. Reproduction without written permission of these photographs by any means whatsoever is strictly prohibited, and is a criminal offence under the 1988 copyright act.

Debbie Wilkinson Studios reserves the right to transfer all unpaid amounts to any appointed debt collection service for collection. The client will be liable to pay all collection charges and costs which will be in excess of 15% of the debt and subject to V.A.T.

We only store the images that are ordered, they will be stored on hard drive for 5 years from shoot date, and as such Debbie Wilkinson Studios cannot be held responsible for any loss of images caused by disk failure or deletion, whether or not back up copies have been made.

Cancellation

Booking deposits will be lost if you fail to attend your appointment (both the studio shoot and the viewing session) or if not re-arranged within 48 hours of making the booking. Debbie Wilkinson Studios will always try to accommodate changing schedules and will be happy to refund or postpone any shoot if cancelled or rescheduled within the notice period.

Please note our make up artist still has to be paid if appointments  are  missed or not cancelled within 48 hours of the shoot date.

Promotional vouchers/Giveaways/Groupon vouchers

Debbie Wilkinson Studios reserves the right to accept or refuse promotional vouchers, prize winners, giveaways or Groupon promotions. Only one shoot allowed per person on any of the promotional offers, prize winners , giveaways or Groupon vouchers.

This means that we only ever offer any one of our shoots at a discounted price or giveaway per person. Further shoots are at the full RRP.


The Xperience Promise of Excellence 

All our Xperience Photographers & Studios fall under our Promise Of Excellence program. The XPOE is designed to protect their clients and ensure product delivery. As a customer of an Xperience Photographer or Studio you are guaranteed under the XPOE Program the delivery of your portrait products as ordered with them, so you can rest assured of each transaction and purchase made with our Xperience photographers no matter what.

The Xperience Promise of Excellence Program Terms & Conditions The Xperience Sticker identifies the finished product to be a part of the XPOE program and is covered under the guarantee. If the XPOE Sticker is removed or tampered with the guarantee is void. XPOE Certificate should be signed and dated by your Xperience Photographer and attached to the back of the portrait or if handed to you it should be kept safe to validate the guarantee. The original digital file must be available and in good condition, for this guarantee to remain in effect.

 Due Care and Diligence • Your portraits should not be:

• Exposed to direct sunlight as this will fade or damage your portrait.

• Positioned above a radiator or hot surface as this could have an adverse effect on the       materials.

• Stored or displayed in a cold damp room.

• The promise of excellence guaranteed is the responsibility of the original commissioned     Xperience photographer.

• The Xperience Group holds no liability or responsibility to fulfilling the guarantee.

In the unlikely event that  you need to complain - Your first point of contact should of course be with your Xperience photographer. If for any reason after 6/8 weeks you fail to receive your order in full please contact the Xperience head office Admin@TheXperience.co.uk with all your order details including:

> Photographer / Studio Name & Address

> Order Reference

> Date of Order

> Value of Order

> Any Finance agreement

> Your full Name, Address & Contact details

> An outline of order / or complaint.
